The OCMC is an outreach of Hope Church of Richfield

Hope Church of Richfield is proud to be a part of the Phillips neighborhood in Minneapolis. The OCMC/Oliver Christian Ministry Center is located in East Phillips. Hope Church has long been involved in programs in the Phillips neighborhood. The OCMC is evidence of that continuing commitment.
